...experience the unique history of the Westons family, learn how Henry Weston founded the business in 1880 and how this independent and family owned cider and perry maker developed into the country's finest producer of quality ciders and perries.

Hear how cider is produced, from the planting of our orchards to the moment our premium cider is poured into a glass. Step back in time as you experience the tranquil and fragrant vat shed, housing our historic oak vats, some nearly 200 years old and all still used. Visit in the Autumn to see the milling and pressing of our quality cider fruit.

Cider Mill Public Tours

Daily at 11.00am, 12:30pm & 2.30pm
The tours take up to an hour and a half and this includes a tasting of ciders and perries in the shop.
