Produced from the finest bittersweet cider apples and fermented in old oak vats to deliver a distinct aroma. After careful blending the cider is bottled adding a small amount of sugar and some vigorous yeast. This live cider is then fermented for a second time and allowed to mature in the bottle for a full flavour.
